We ordered on the app and went through the drive thru, and had a heck of a time getting to the window. Once we finally got to the window they had forgotten why we were even there, they told us the soda machine was broken so we “substituted for a water bottle” that they made us pay for. 6/27 night crew sucked! The majority of our order was wrong, I had asked for my food with no sour cream. All my items had sour cream, I couldn’t eat my stuff in peace the way I wanted. It’s always the same with tacobell night crew. There’s always something wrong. Yall have to up your game with your employees or train them better. SMH 🙄🤦♀
Night crew tonight actually has to be drug tested, ordering simple foods seemed like such a hard task for them. I ordered two steak fajita chalupas and they didnt have any steak fajita left so we agreed on two regular steak and they gave me one with all the toppings and one with nothing and 5 tiny pieces of steak. No silverware or napkins for the rest of our order also. Not trying to be a Karen. But yall need an actual adult managing or supervising the nights.
