We stopped here on our trip from Minnesota to Arizona. It's a fairly large restaurant, but there weren't many people eating in there; however, there should've been a whole lot more. Found this place on accident but so glad we did. It was a fairly large restaurant, but we were the only patrons there on a Friday night from 7:00 to 8:00. Not sure why this place is not more popular. We loved everything we ate. The salsa was thin but had a delicious spicy flavor. The chips were decent. Since I arrived in Liberal, I've been craving elote. Google took me to the wrong truck but those people were kind enough to direct me here. Little family with the baby inside. I don't understand Spanish but the man spoke English and offered traditional style which is what I wanted. Fresh fresh...on the cob $4 at this time. If I could come everyday I would but $120 a month...yeah it'd be worth it. Mucha Gracias Familia.
