Iām a truck driver and I park at the Tootān Totum and walk across the street to the food truck. Well worth the small effort too!
Lauraās Kitchen makes really great burritos! I took my first bite and wolfed the whole thing down! It probably didnāt weigh 5 pounds but it felt like it did and it was Delicious!

On our way through Liberal, Ks. we stopped at Lauraās Kitchen. The outward appearance was clean and well kept so we decided to give it a try. WOW! I had a steak burrito which was huge. My daughter had a steak quesadilla which she could not even begin to finish. Fresh cilantro and onions with rice and cheeseā¦ā¦.it was DELICIOUS! When I was told the price, I almost felt guilty because a meal like that at a restaurant would have been twice as much. Please stop and support Lauraās Kitchen in Liberal. You wonāt be disappointed!!

Staff was very friendly. The food wasnāt so great. Tiny one bite tacos. Chicken fluatas were undercooked, no salt, no pepper and old dry chicken. My kids wouldnāt even eat the flautas because the chicken wasnāt tasty at all. I ended up throwing them away. The meats on the tacos were good but itās a shame they are literally a bite each ? the pisole was decent, had salt flavor but lacking flavor fore sure. The crinkle cut fries were also good. The agua frescas were very good. Way over priced for what we received.
