Got there at 10:35. The doors were locked. Finally someone came and opened the door. They were looking for the key and couldn’t find it. Ordered and went to fill my drink. No ice. Waited for five minutes for someone to come to the counter so I could tell them. Obviously poorly managed.

SLOOOW!!!! Food was fine and restaurant somewhat clean, however it took FOREVER to get food!
