Placed order on the app but waited a long time to get our food. Found shreds of lettuce in tacos that were not supposed to have them which left a bad taste on the meat. Very little meat in the taco salad but too much meat in the taco. If I was a secretive shopper you would have failed. I used to work at taco bell and know the requirements. I expected better.
I frequent this Taco bell because it's close to my house. The service has always been good. the food has been consistently well done and the staff has always been great to me
Got there at 10:35. The doors were locked. Finally someone came and opened the door. They were looking for the key and couldn’t find it. Ordered and went to fill my drink. No ice. Waited for five minutes for someone to come to the counter so I could tell them. Obviously poorly managed.

Taco Bell offers basic taco food at a decent price with usually accurate drive-thru orders. The location at N.MAIZE stands out for its friendly and fast service, which often outperforms other branches. However, some customers have reported issues with the app being unreliable near closing time, leading to order inaccuracies like missing ingredients. Despite some quality drops, the Mexican pizza remains a favorite, although there have been complaints about it being made incorrectly and packed poorly. Limited-time items are not consistently available, leaving customers disappointed when they suddenly disappear. Some recent visitors have found the tacos need more meat, and there have been concerns about the staff's attentiveness and order accuracy, particularly when trying to order online.
