This is a counter service pizza shop. Pizza is available by the slice or the pie. It has a ton of topping options at a reasonable price. The food was great, fast, cooked fresh. My wife and I enjoyed our lunch very much
AJ’s NY Pizzeria hit all the right notes quick service, friendly staff, and hot, flavorful slices with that perfect New York–style crust. We tried the Hawaiian Delight, Pizza Blanco with Spinach, and Manhattan Margherita, and each one was spot on. The sauce was amazing...rich, a little sweet, and full of basil flavor that ties it all together.

Since I have been stationed at Fort Riley this has been a solid staple. I love the pizza, it has a chewy new york style crust, and the salads are a great deal. Usually my wife and I eat for under 20 dollars and have plenty left over.
