The inside was nicely decorated and was cozy. The americano had a true coffee aroma and taste to it. The whoopie pie and the salted caramel brownie were delicious but a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.

Absolutely nothing negative towards staff, they were very friendly. My rating is because the food and drinks did not reflect the prices.
Two friends came with me. One got the chili lime burrito, the other got the smoked chicken burrito; There was very little chicken and both tasted the same. I had the pumpkin bread which was good, however the coffee was not in my opinion. I got the 12oz iced sugar baby latte with oat milk; I generally like drinks with the flavor combo of this drink but it had a weird aftertaste. This could have just been a me thing, but for a $7.50 latte I was pretty disappointed.

First time here and not sure if I’ll be back or not. Ordered the honey vanilla chai latte which tasted like milk with a pinch of flavor. The banana bread was also dry and not as moist or flavorful as banana bread should be. Maybe I’ll get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich next time I go but very subpar from what I’ve heard about it. Bummer.
Service was great though! Loved the person working - very nice and generous.

I haven't been to them all, but this is my favorite coffee shop in Manhattan so far. The coffee was delicious. They have an excellent roast and steam the milk to the perfect temperature.

I've been a fan of Arrow and the associated businesses ever since I moved to Manhattan over a decade ago, and just realized I don't think I've ever left a review. From the tiny OG coffee spot on the back side of the current Claflin location to the Pool House (RIP) to the Bodega and Arrow Cocktail, the focus has never wavered- supreme hospitality. 13/10, will be back.
The best group in MHK. Go here, go to the cocktail lounge, you won’t regret it
Amazing matcha and very cute coffee shop:)
I'm a big fan of all Arrow's brands/locations and it's top on my list of places to take people visiting from out of town. They have the best coffee in town and the best cocktails in town, hands down. And, I know that the owners care very much about their staff and doing good in the community. More local businesses like this, please!
They need to post what is each of their dishes underneath each menu option for their food. Paid $6 for a house salad that consisted of lettuce, couple slices of cucumber, and sweet granola. I had asked for ranch on the side and wasn’t told till after my salad was brought to me that thy were out of ranch, but don’t worry they offered mayo as a replacement dressing lol. I also got the chicken quesadilla thinking it was just going be chicken and cheese but turns out it was filled with onions and peppers.
