I probably haven't been to many libraries in the US, but Hale Library is the best, as far as I can tell.The ambience is tranquil, the aura is perfect, allowing you the peace to hear even your most quiet thoughts.Hale Library provides group spaces for group works, and individual spaces for you to be alone and work on anything you intend to. Love this Library, they provide a diverse set of study environments ranging from individual cubicles, computer desks, conference rooms and open study desks. The great room on 3rd floor is quiet and quite spacious with high ceilings. They have a state of the art book storing system where you can deliver the content to where you're standing. The improvements that have been made since the fire are really impressive. This was an amazing library before, but now it is a wonderful mix of modern and historic. Everything you would need to excel academically is here.
