Perfect little coffee shop with big flavor.I visited town this weekend to be in a wedding, we were throughly impressed with the speed, quality and price of all of the products. The flavor options are fantastic and none of our drinks had the burnt flavor that sometimes comes with having multiple orders made back to back. The milk alternatives were a big hit and the breakfast burritos are work writing home about.Am adding this to our list of places to stop in whenever we come back for anything in MHK.Dietary restrictions: Offers dairy alternatives at no extra costParking: Smallish lot just off the street, Todd Road is nearby if you need to street park and walk over

Needs a second employee in the morning. I waited 20+ minutes for coffee because food orders take so much time for the one person to make.I still think Arrow has the best coffee in Manhattan, but it's not THAT good.

I cannot comment on their food, as there were no safe options for my allergies. They carry no sugar free flavors for their coffee and very few regular flavors. I had an americano and it was ok

The only coffee shop in Manhattan making traditional coffee drinks the right way. Other coffee shops here will sell you coffee made from burned beans or incorrectly dialed espresso. They try the beans from their roasters before using them so you know you are going to get something flavorful and worthwhile. The atmosphere is great with natural light and the employees usually play hip music. Arrow is a must if you are a local or just stopping through. I would recommend their pour-overs or espresso drinks especially as they are unique to this restaurant.Other negative reviews are generally petty and do not reflect the quality of the food and drinks. You get what you pay for!

Food was tasty but took awhile because they forgot to make it. Employee eating in the back and didn't wash hands before making food. Also kind of rude when asked to make it to-go.Vegetarian options: Mushroom is allowed as a substitute for baconKid-friendliness: Very clean in the dining areas and plenty of seating

We had a simple order and they forgot about us. I waited 12 minutes till I went up there and asked if they were going to get started on our drinks after the 3 people behind us got their drinks.

The cashier was less than polite and the coffee I ordered tasted a bit burnt. The ambience was lovely, but unfortunately the wifi was so bad that me and miss W had to leave due to the lagging connection.

Always a stop in our list when visiting Manhattan. They pay attention to the details and serve quality drinks.

Arrow’s lavender lattes, chai, and London fogs are so good. They also have good macarons!

No sugar free options in flavor. Didn't even get the order right. Overpriced for just a cup of drip coffee.

High quality 3rd wave coffee. They have multiple single origin coffees available from the region. Really good espresso with excellent baristas. Go for the coffee and stay for the ambience. Easy parking and affordable for quality.
