The food is delicious and bountiful. Cute hotel in the heart of Aggieville. Walking distance to Sisters of sound records store, Dusty bookshelf, So Long saloon etc.

We stayed here last night and checked out this morning. A few hours later we were notified that we were charged an additional $250 for smoking! When we got ahold of the manager she claimed the cleaning ladies smelled ‘weed’ and claimed she went in our room after smelled it herself and also in the halls. I told her we did not smoke anything in the hotel and that if It does smell it was not us! She said she is still charging us the fee so I asked what proof they had and asked why no alarms or detectors would’ve gone off if someone was smoking inside, her response was a picture of a zip lock bag (that glow sticks came in) and some food crumbs on the tv stand! She was extremely rude and I believe just does not want to admit that she is in the wrong!

The Bluemont Hotel was recommended to me because of its high ratings and for its appearance and amenities. I have a nice room but when I went down for the "hot breakfast", there were no hot foods. There was nobody attending the service area. I checked at the front desk and asked why and was told the entire staff is sick. My expectations in situations like this, especially where service is valued, are that Management would be preparing the "hot breakfast" - possibly they're trained. I asked the front desk clerk if she could prepare the food to which she responded that she is not trained to prepare breakfast and that it is not her responsibility. I had a cold breakfast, not what I expected. Furthermore I'm not clear on Kansas restaurant regulations, but the door to the kitchen was left open with nobody attending. Hardly what I would have expected. Oh well, this is my first day of four. Maybe there will be hot breakfasts for my next three mornings. There's always hope.

Nice rooms and really appreciate the coffee and breakfast. Two negatives. First, the restaurant/bar downstairs is very very slow! Took us over an hour to get mediocre food. Avoid if possible! Second, I wish they had better snacks in the 24 market - a few candies and chips but very little.

Let me start by saying the staff was EXCELLENT. Super friendly and helpful. They accommodated our 50 person group well. It's in a great location near plenty bars and restaurants. Bluemont hotel offers live music certain nights of the week and awesome bar service every evening. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The flavored creamer in the rooms was a nice thoughtful touch however, I would trade it for some hand soap in the bathrooms for there wasn't any so I used the provided shampoo instead. Lol The breakfast buffet was free which is becoming more uncommon amongst hotel. It's great to have when traveling with large groups. Not to mention it was REALLY good. They even have carry out containers to accommodate guests on the go. 5 stars without a doubt. I highly recommend.

Here for a major surgery. I can't walk well but I can swim. I was looking so forward to swimming here. Again their pool is closed. Tried to stay positive and thought I could use the tub to soak. NO BATHTUBS HERE. The bed was horrible if you need sleep. Overall I expected much better than what it turned out to be. STAY ACROSS THE STREET

I stayed for a week, right from the start I was greeted by amazing staff. Every single one of the girls at the desk were super friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, the exercise room sparse but they have passed to a real gym if you want something more. Breakfast was worth getting up for, two bars one part of the hotel and the second one attached to it. Rooms were spacious, and the location is right beside a bunch of bars and restaurants as well as the university. Plenty of parking above or below ground.Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, in good shape.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet was good, similar choices every day but always fresh and hot.

Hotel is great. And Goolsby's is kind of a little secret hidden playground for kids and grandparents. But forget their food...

This place rocks. We were in town for a friend’s celebration of life and this place was most comforting. We travel a lot and all other hotels should take a lesson from this place. Everything was an amazing experience. The entire place is super clean, our room was comfortable and quiet, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the bar and restaurant is spot on - with incredible drinks and delicious food. Our bartender, Katie, was fantastic. She made us some awesome craft cocktails, was so nice and truly enjoys what she does. Plus the pricing is really fair allaround. The location is perfect with so much all within walking distance. We highly recommended the Bluemont Hotel. I wish all my hotel stays would be this awesome. ?

Would classify this hotel as “okay” at best. Booked two queen beds, received two doubles. The room smelled faintly of urine which we resolved our selves by purchasing air fresheners. If you’re counting on a good night’s sleep, look elsewhere. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the walls are very thin. The restaurant/bar in hotel seem to be a good time, but unfortunately don’t overcome the shortcomings in other areas. Would choose to stay elsewhere next time.
