the slowest fast food place in town by far. i placed a mobile order & knew it would take forever so left after 15 minutes & still waited an additional 25 at the window to receive it. if i wanted to wait so long i would of made it myself at home.

We went through the drive through and were served by Hannah. She did an excellent job communicating through the speaker and then went the extra mile to make sure we received everything we ordered. We were so impressed!
Vegetarian options: I enjoy the impossible Whopper. It's really nice that it's easy to order as a meal.

My 83 year old parents waited over 20 minutes for thier meal. My dad (who has trouble with much walking) had to go up to the counter several times to check on thier order. ?

This place is the worst BK in existence. Service is slow, people are stupid and don’t seem to care. Drive thru is beyond ridiculous. They should just close it down. One place I’ll never go back to.

A female manager accused us of ordering a medium meal when I stated I wanted a Large. My husband asked for my large cup after we paid and she stated it was convenient we asked for a large after we paid. My husband informed her he was more than happy to pay for a large drink. She told us not to worry about it. If it wasn’t an issue why be so rude? That’s what I do on my short time to get lunch try to rob from big food chains. As a manager learn to be less disrespectful.

Had to use the kiosk. No one acknowledged my existence. Goto order and it gives you the option to add cheese for .50 or add bacon for .50. But not both at same time. That was a different option for $1.50.
So didnt use my card for it was declined 5 time so I chose the cash option and I got tired of waiting after 10 minutes. So I went to Culvers. Better food and service and hey my card works here..
