Wow! 6 people were working all on their phones. when we walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Only two others in the store. Place was a mess. Food all over the tables and all over by the cash register. No napkins, no silverware. When we asked for sauce, she threw it at us and didn’t say a word. Yep! I’ll eat Chipotle again but definitely not at this one.

Stopped by for lunch. Very nice new place, handy to get to. Parking is much better than the other one in town. Food was great. Pretty pricey though for a burrito that is mostly rice and beans.

Waited in their chipotle lane drive thru for 30+ minutes, second time coming to this location and having issues.

There was food all over the floor of the kitchen. I watched most of the employees walk over a whole steak on the floor.
Waited at the cash register for severap minutes to pay even after my orser was made. It was only me in line.
The dining room looked like it was half completed, like they said screw it half way thru and said we need to open.

Way too small. The line goes straight through the seating area, there's no room to eat while people are waiting in line to order. Also they never finished building the restaurant. The ceiling is bare rafters with hanging lights and all the light hardware visible.

Ordered pick up here. It is now 20 min after my food was supposed to be ready and I still don’t have it. I don’t blame the employees as they are either understaffed or undertrained. Management has some fixing to do.

Last night was the first time I have ordered from here. I have to say the servings were a little bigger than I thought, food was really good the guacamole was brown but if that is the only thing I have to complain about.

I was super stoked about having a Chipotle with a drive thru on the west side of town but the last 3 times I’ve been here to pick up my order I’ve waited 20-30+ minutes in the pick up line!! This is stupid ridiculous!!!

Was excited for this new location, but unfortunately the wait time is ridiculous and only one employee working the line. Very disappointing. Better off going to the aggieville one IF you can find parking.

Ordered online and the line for pickup barely moved. After half an hour of waiting we’ve only advanced three cars and there are still six cars ahead of us

Got in line at 5:19pm, it is currently 5:52pm and I haven’t moved. Worst part is, there’s no way to exit the drive thru even if I wanted to cancel my order! Would rate the food but I obviously haven’t gotten it yet. So over it.

This guacamole appears to be in a state of disrepair. Looks like it has been left out overnight and its odor is unpleasant.

Can't brag about the servings. The counter by the cash register was covered with food debris and the employee didn't bother to wipe it off between customers. They were ot even that busy. Hopefully, they will improve in the next few weeks.

We did a pick up order and went to the digital pick up line, got the window at our pick up time and waited an additional 20 minutes all the while hearing the employees say they are 18 minutes behind and our order was behind two other orders. If you do go to this chipotle just go through like normal inside, the digital pick up has a lot of kinks to work through to make that experience efficient.
And when we received our food, there was no “sorry for your wait” or anything.
