“Ordered from the 3rd street location. They messed up the order really bad, we happened to be passing by the Anderson location and stopped in. They offered to remake our entire order instead of making us go all the way back across town during rush hour. Thank you so much for showing customer service is still alive!!!“
“Who doesn't love DQ? The ice cream is always good and the fried food is too! The service isn't always quick at the drive through. If someone orders food, be prepared to wait in the drive through until it is cooked. This store does not ask customers to pull over and wait, the joy is shared by all!“
