Absolute garbage!! They charge you for things that are supposed to be included with your order. They are rude and incompetent. I really wish someone would run this place the right way and get rid of all the workers that can’t do their job. Order one thing and they will find a way to mess it up. Every. Single. Time.

I went around 830 PM; The place was not busy at all which is good I guess for the sake of getting my order somewhat quickly. BUT the first thing I seen walking in, was a lady licking her fingers while preparing someone’s ice cream.. The manager let the kitchen know I was there to pick up my order; and as i’m waiting, I watch this guy put my order in a box with NO GLOVES ON! Mind you, this guy is dripping in sweat and grease. Then the lady set my food on the counter and didn’t say a word. I made sure to let this couple know on their way in and they thankfully turned around. NEVER again.

We asked for a blizzard to be made with chocolate ice cream (instead of vanilla) and they still made it with vanilla ice cream.
This place was so nasty it had cockroaches running all over found one in our food will never ever go there again period……

They accidentally gave our food to someone else, and after 10mins of us waiting for our food, they offered us a refund, and when we asked for the refund, she told us that they couldn't do any refunds.

I don't know what happened to this place, but it's completely gone downhill. I keep giving it another try, but I don't know why because it never improves. Icecream cones are so sad. They can't seem to get an order right for two simple icecream cones and the medium looked like the same size as the small that just sank on the cone.

Ordered a number one with only ketchup and bacon, but got everything on it. Then got a number 10 every everything on it and only got ketchup. My bacon was plastic too. How can you mess up that bad? Also didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt. Was my first time going.. never again
