I ordered a mini Reese’s blizzard with extra Reese’s and when I received it it was plain vanilla soft serve. I asked to just get the extra on the side to fix the problem and the guy that was helping was rudely interrupted by a blonde lady who stated that we can’t do that and in order to get it fixed I would have to be charged again for my order regardless of already paying. She was unwilling to be helpful unlike the poor guy trying. I was fed up with her behavior and just UNHAPPILY left :( won’t be returning bc of this rude woman!

Was there right at 11 am. Everything was clean and fully stocked.. flamethrower burger was great. Fries could of been cooked a tad longer. Staff very attentive and friendly

One of our favorite DQs. They never short you on blizzard ingredients. Food is always fresh and staff is generally great. Store is starting to show its age so could use a little updating but not going to hold it against them.

I came into the store and was ignored for 5 minutes. The staff was too busy with the drive thru which had 2 cars in it. I was not acknowledged or at least told they were busy. Disappointing customer service.

Spoke to a woman working around 9 pm on Tuesday January 28th after refusing to complete and order because of the lack of one item, and was verbally assaulted and concerned for my safety never experienced such a thing. Please stay away at all possible
Absolute garbage!! They charge you for things that are supposed to be included with your order. They are rude and incompetent. I really wish someone would run this place the right way and get rid of all the workers that can’t do their job. Order one thing and they will find a way to mess it up. Every. Single. Time.

I went around 830 PM; The place was not busy at all which is good I guess for the sake of getting my order somewhat quickly. BUT the first thing I seen walking in, was a lady licking her fingers while preparing someone’s ice cream.. The manager let the kitchen know I was there to pick up my order; and as i’m waiting, I watch this guy put my order in a box with NO GLOVES ON! Mind you, this guy is dripping in sweat and grease. Then the lady set my food on the counter and didn’t say a word. I made sure to let this couple know on their way in and they thankfully turned around. NEVER again.

We asked for a blizzard to be made with chocolate ice cream (instead of vanilla) and they still made it with vanilla ice cream.
