We waited 20 minutes for our food. When I went up to inquire, it was sitting under the heat lamp, including my side salad! I had to return 2 more times to ask for salad dressing, a fork, gravy, and toast. My rotisserie chicken was very rubbery. We then had to wait at least 5 minutes more when we ordered ice cream. The staff was very friendly, but they appeared to be struggling.
