put the wrong pizza in the box. what do they do during the quality check phase that took 12 minutes? replacement pizza undercooked..did not even get a sorry. manager guy yelling at all of the employees. totally unacceptable. upper management should fire his a$$. too many options for pizza in this town to act like this.
