Seriously, just stop doing the online orders if you can’t even update it. You have people waste time and gas making them think you have something just so they can get all the way up there and told you DONT have it. It’s crazy how you run out of the average glazed donut by 10 am and don’t even let anybody know until they get there, especially after ordering online.

Every morning it's the same thing. The bakers didn't show up or something with the factory or they don't have a enough donuts, but it's like one rack of donuts in the morning. It goes empty, that's it for the whole day. Probably not a good business model.

Coworkers and I occasionally order door dash Dunkin’ here in MHK. This morning was quite disappointing. We have had some previous order mishaps before but they seemed minor, today was different. I ordered an iced mocha latte and asked for less ice just because I like lighter ice. When receiving my drink I was shocked to find my M size drink only 3/4 of the way full. Very disappointed!! Did I receive less drink because I asked for less ice? For $6 that’s not right.

I ordered 3 donuts and coffee and 3 breakfast items through the app. It said it might take longer to pickup, hey that's OK because I knew it would be ready after I spent 27 minutes in the drive-thru line, which of course it was ready by then and partially cold. The gal at the window offered to remake my iced cappuccino since all the ice melted while I waited and since I was not willing to hold the line up (that was still wrapped around the building behind me) another six minutes, I declined and took the melted drink. Also, one of my 3 donuts was wrong which meant I didn't get a donut because glazed only or nothing. Yes, I could have parked and gone inside to pick up my order but since I saw people going in for exchanges on their items, and others entering and not leaving, I knew I would end up at the same time spent waiting. Just disappointing.

Got there very early and was the only customer in drive-thru. Ordered a large latte with an extra shot and 1 food item with ketchup in the bag. Was charged and paid for latte and shot and food. What I got was a large coffee with nothing in it, a food item and no ketchup. Come on guys seriously?
