Got my usual cold brew with Carmel, Cream and Sugar. I got my order and let the cashier know that the coffee I received was not my order. It was clear that it was maybe a small amount of cream and sugar was added in. The cashier was rude and stated what was in the receipt and said it just wasn’t stirred up like it normally is. Obviously I did not have time to argue as I had to get to work. Needless to say, this coffee tastes like garbage. I am a loyal customer for Dunkin, but after this morning’s experience, I won’t be returning. Im very disappointed with the service, I’ve never had this issue with them before.

Update: Things have gotten much better. The drive thru menu detecting your phone as you pull up to get a mobile order is pretty cool.Their drive thru is always backed up, often times affecting traffic. There's not even a way to get into the parking lot to park to go in because of the line. The food and service have always been fine but this location needs a serious revamp to accommodate the constant line if they aren't going to get quicker.

I love Dunkin, but the past couple times I've gone the drinks were not filled and when I've ordered cold foam it wasn't added. The service is not great either. Everyone I've seen working there have been rude and don't seem to care they are giving me a bad product.
