Input Salad

I had the best salad at input salad last week. If I hadn’t eaten it so quickly I would have taken a picture of it! I had a quick conversation with the owner and I was amazed at how she opened the place by herself as a full time student! I wish her the best of luck as a business owner and that everyone in Manhattan KS should come to input salad you won’t be disappointed. This place is a gem in the heart of downtown! The staff is amazing and the salads they serve are both high-quality and unique. I highly recommend this cozy spot to anyone in search of something local.

Input salad is part of a two store operation with Therapie. Therapie has desserts (pie, scones, handpies) and input salad provides the salads. Everything is made to-go, so you do not wait for anything to be made. This is nice, but I would have liked to have the salad made to order for dining in.
