JJ’s on Moro has the rudest staff I’ve never seen in my life. Staff made negative comments to paying customers and ran off several potential customers. Closed public restrooms and wouldn’t let anyone wash their hands. I need ownership to reach for me ASAP.
Closed before 11, put up a new sign with new hours please ..

We order frequently for our office and we have had hairs, brown lettuce, soggy sandwhich etc, the last two times. (Moro location)
Love Jimmy Johns but this location is not it.
I don’t typically take the time to write negative reviews but I was tired of blowing up Jimmy John’s customer service hotline and the hair sent me over the edge tbh.
