What happened to the good kfc chicken taste? It's just regular chicken now. Could the mash potatoes be anymore watered down? Huge disappointment!

I will always have nostalgia for KFC. It was a treat as a kid growing up. Well now i'm grown and its all lies. I ordered a 8pc tender family meal while passing through town. "Includes 8 Original Recipe® chicken tenders, 2 large sides of your choice, 4 biscuits, and 4 dipping sauces."
What we received were 7 of the SMALLEST tenders I have ever seen not even 8 and not any extra to make up for the tiny tendies. We also had 2 sides of mashed potato's with gravy and didn't receive gravy. WTF am I supposed to do with 2lbs of instant mash? On the online order form they ask if you want sauces we were allowed 4 and got none-ZERO. Same for the butter and honey for biscuits ZERO. Finally the biscuits were hard as a rock and were beyond stale as the crumbled into dust while attempting to add my own butter. This is the last time for me. This was a pickup order in-store, while waiting and thinking I was getting the correct order and hot food. I was only greeted with sealed bag of missing items and poor quality chicken/food for $36.00. I have tried to like this location over the years but its so hit or miss its just not worth it anymore. There is no consistency at this location. There are plenty of other chicken joints in town, don't bother with this KFC.

Update. I went to get my mother a kfc bowl. Sat at the drive thru to order for 10 minutes. The manager was just horrible. Most horrible wait, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Wait in drive thru was forever.....it was greasy and tasted old, skin falling off. Very disappointing. Honestly....why did they rebuild this kfc?

Terrible service, I was asked to pull forward and then waited 20 minutes to get our food, after 4other cars went in and out. Had to go back to the window to ask and then she handed it out and shit the window. Terrible rude employees

Chicken was watery amd i think it was pregnant I found chips in crack in chair and rat fessies in the bathroom If u want to live do not go here

Very busy and we were missing food both times. The meat in the Famous bowls are huge and make them very hard to eat.
Just left KFC and the experience was wonderful! We haven't eaten there in years due to a bad experience and all I can say is 100% improvement! Very very happy with 12 pc dinner. Everything fresh ans staff were great. Will be returning soon!

Arrived 7:45 pm last night, ordered 8 piece meal. Drove 6 mi home. Found: Chicken was over cooked, totally tough & dry, probably cooked hours ago. Sides were barely even half full. No honey, no butter for rolls. Called the next day, every half hour, no phone answer from 10 am to 2:15 pm. At 2:30 Louis answered. Said only Spanish speaking employees there until he arrived minutes ago. Told him issues. He said come back for one piece of chicken. Bring receipt. I repeated all chicken was inedible. Sides half full. He said they would re-do with receipt. I said I could show my credit card charge on phone/online. No paper receipt was given to us. Drove back 6 mi to get replacement meal at 3 pm today, then drove 6 mi home. Totally disappointing experience. Won’t go back.
