If you want your food cold, by all means, eat there. We ordered 2 quarter pounders and they had us pull forward, only to give us 1fresh one and 1 that was old and dried out. Thank you McD's. So I would be wrong if I spot check every container before I pull off right? Yeah might do that, and then have you make it after I come inside to complain so I can see it being made.
Your new system is terribly inefficient. I don’t even know that I am blaming the employees
There are so many frustrated customers in the lobby. 10 min wait and I just ordered a drink. More often than not there is no one at the front register. This is not a 1 time event. This has been the last few times I have been in.
I know it is hard to get staff but if you don’t have enough staff…close the lobby.
They may make good food but they ignore the most important thing on their property-The American Flag!
Recently I had to tell her to replace their flags as they were torn and tattered.
Now the flags remain at half staff after it expired Sunday at sunset.
Three very large flags that are ignored. Disgraceful!
I will not be patronizing until they pay attention.
