first let's start with the fact that the employees are very rude. even the general manager refused to give me the corporate phone number when I asked to be able to file a complaint. I had asked very politely for it and he said that hes not allowed to give me the number.
second the overnight shift employee the other day cussed me out and the manager was right next to him and didn't do or say anything to him. this has been the worst experience I have ever had. and what is worse...read full review
Hey McDonald's, we visit you once a week. Please make sure your Sweet Tea and Unsweet Tea are in the right containers and that people really pay attention to whether someone requested sweet or unsweet tea. I always make sure to clearly enunciate UNsweet, and your staff even makes sure to say "Unsweet" when they hand it out the window, but they keep using sweet tea. PLEASE fix this.
