Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behavior
I recently had a truly unpleasant dining experience here. Despite the initial inconvenience of being seated at an undesirable table, I was willing to overlook it. However, the subsequent events were entirely unacceptable.
After expressing my disappointment to the manager about the host's misleading information, I was shocked to be verbally abused by the same host at my workplace.

I had a military reunion and Old Chicago catered it for me. The staff and management was amazing and everything was ready on time they helped load everything in to the vehicle. The food was a hit with everyone and there was nothing left at the end of the night. Apparently the ranch dressing is the best around because there was a “fight” on who got to take the left over ranch home with them! we love to eat here. They have changed their menu a bit, less pasta but I got the grilled chicken sandwich instead. the food always tastes great and the wait staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.
