Had a great experience at Pizza Hut tonight. We called and placed an order with Gavin. He was friendly, upbeat, and cheerful. When we pulled up we were met with a huge smile and told your pizza only has a couple minutes left. Gavin then came to the window with the same cheery attitude, your order was lost, we have to remake it, it will only be a few minutes. Can I get you anything while you wait? We really appreciated the gesture, his honesty and fantastic attitude. Thank you Pizza Hut and Gavin, it was nice to be met with a smile.

If u vale your money don’t order from this bum establishment. After waiting an hour for my pizza, which was just a pizza and 6 wings for 32.30, the delivery driver circled the lot I was in and left. Not to mention when I expressed my concerns to the manager she said he was on his way I kept trying to tell her something and she said “ well, I could just cancel the whole order because he won’t let me finish what I was saying” very rude 0 stars but they won’t let me do that! Trash company with trashiest pizza in town ???
Sat and played on their phones the whole time. We were the only ones here and they made us wait to take our order for 20 minutes. I thought maybe they were busy with deliveries, but they were sitting at the front desk playing on their phone with ear phones in. Also, they were out of salads and chicken. All they had was pizza and cheese sticks. When we walked in they didn’t seat us, they waited and we stood there awkwardly waiting.Here is the guy playing on his phone while we were waiting for someone to come take our order, even tho we were the only ones here

My review is based off my experience with this specific location (there is another pizza hut location in town).• I always pick my pizza up and has never actually sat down at this location so reading my review is based off ordering on the app and picking up my food in the drive-thru window.My orders have been to spec EXCEPT my bone-in wings. I'd usually ask for them to be cooked two full cook cycles and they won't MOST of the time. I figure I'd add some extra money for a tip and maybe the person I spoke to when I physically called would kinda make sure that happens and once in a blue moon they would.Their wing prices are astronomical compared to all of the other wing places in town so I expect to receive my wings as specified but despite calling immediately after placing my order via app, I still have to pick my wings up thinking it is a gamble on whether they are cooked as asked or not. And then you have to wonder if they glazed them with enough sauce.One recommendation I have it is to revise the Pizza Hut app to allow orderers to select (well done and CREMATED)

We just ordered a New Yorker pizza and small size cheese sticks. When we opened the box, the entire bottom of the crust was saturated in grease. This is being conservative. It was disgusting and dripped in grease when we attempted to pick it up. Will never order from here again!

Worst pizza hut I've ever been to. Way over priced for some reason too. 27 dollars for a medium thin crust cheese and 6 wings! **** that!!! Save your money.
