Been going here for years. Always fast and friendly. They even went above and beyond to fix an order I screwed up. Never 1 problem with any food from here and inside is clean and neat.
The pizza 😞was mediocre But when the experience I had with the customer service, the young lady on Kimball Avenue in Manhattan, Kansas was kind and smiled and you don’t get that every day, so it really didn’t matter what the pizza taste like her customer service made up for all that
I got a pizza ordered while my son was a KSTATE football camp this evening. It wasn't the pizza I wanted (at no fault of pizza hut)...I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW KIND AND ACCOMIDATING THEY WERE! I will order all our pizza needs from this location when in the area. Way to go above and beyond w your customer service!
