The service sucks and there’s only one person taking orders and processing one by one….it took us for ever just for a sandwich.Don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Bathroom out of order for almost a month

Was at the drive thru last Saturday night. Sat at the drive thru about 10 minutes. Said hello a few times, no answer. Finally drive up to window and after a few minutes someone came to window and said you had to place your order at the window. Then put a sign out at the drive thru intercom telling people to drive up to window!!! Obviously poorly ran, but the chicken was good.

I enjoyed my visit, they seemed short staffed but the employees were very pleasant and inviting. The soda machine did not have lids but for the most part it was a good visit please hire more staff they need help

The drive through service was terrible, with the speaker not working to take peoples orders. It took way to long to get to the second window to place my order, and then it took about twenty minutes to wait on a flounder sandwich that was supposed to take less than ten minutes.

My son and I wanted to try this establishment for the first time, and we both agreed to never go back! As we placed our order, the cashier started to gather the food before I could even order the second meal. The fries were extremely greasy and soggy. There was liquid on the floor by the pop machine, but no sign saying wet floor. The ice machine did not work. Both bathrooms were out of order. Then to top it all off, there was another family that had finished eating and left their tray on the table, and the cashier had the nerve to say, "you could of taken care of your tray, this is not part of my job", while having a cigarette in her mouth!!

Worst service I have ever experienced, always out of chicken because the employee wants to take it home. Wait for them to take your order at drive thru just for them to be rude. Employees always standing around talking instead of helping customers.
I was a fan of Popeyes & was happy when the Manhattan Popeyes opened. Unfortunately it's been a disappointment the absolute mismanagement, is this store even making a profit when most of the customers get tired of waiting or always being out of things & drive off without even ordering.

Was excellent when first opened. Now a sad joke. I used to eat here often. Now I avoid it. Too much disappointment and rip off. I tried again for the tackle box special. All 3 of us were ripped off again. Each received only 5/8 of the shrimp. STILL no cocktail sauce. They were out of sauces a year ago. Why bother coming? Never any sauce, always food missing, and the drive thru intercom has been broken forever. How is this place still open? It needs to be reported.

Very dirty inside. Trash bins left out without bags. The doors look like you could catch a disease by just touching them. They always run out of some product and never tell you until it is time to pay. They had a staff's child working the drive thru orders.
