Is this even coffee? Tastes like coffee flavored milk...it was good but I wouldn't call it coffee. I need more coffee and a lot less milk. Two extra shots and still don't taste like coffee. The people working was super nice though!

I love scooter's coffee and in manhattan when it's right next door to dunkin', donuts.I feel like I am in on the big secret about how good their coffee is compared to dunkin' donuts. The folks are always friendly and uh, I like trying all the new drinks. The only reason I gave atmosphere of four is because i', it's a drive through only.

I was JUST at your drive thru honking and yelling at the intercom. I drove through twice and saw a young female on her phone both times. I come through often in the morning as I work early close by. This was very upsetting.
This place is very hit or miss for me, but tonight was just embarrassing for them, I ordered a caramelicious blender and I basically got thick iced coffee. Barely any ice and barely blended, are you guys okay cuz I'm more than willing to apply and give people what they want. Also, not referring to tonight, but the customer service in general is declining, is it that hard to smile and say "have a great night"?

I’m leaving my original scooters review on here, but I just went back through the drive-through and was pleased that I got the best scooter service that I am used to the girls were so kind. My order came out so fast so I just wanted to edit my review on here just to show that people have bad daysbut overall scooters is an But overall scooters is a great company and I love being a customer…..Over all really love scooters . Great drinks and really fast service always,even when busy. I was really excited to try The scooters in Kansas, as I am, am new to town. But iv had a bad experience every time iv gone so far. Don’t know if I just go on an off day but iv just experienced slightly rude baristas hopping they are just going though other life things and next time I go in it’s better because I do really love scooters . Sending best wishes.

My experience this morning was amazing!! I didn’t get the guys name but he was awesome sauce!! He made sure I had napkins with my Maple Waffle sandwich! Scooters made my whole day!! Hopefully he gets recognized for his hard work as an employee.

Slowest location in town. No matter what time you come in. Almost always gets my order wrong and I have to sit here longer for it to be fixed. Nice staff though that's all this location has going for it. I should say most days nice staff the girl with dark hair and a braid today was a total buzz kill.
