I give up. I've visited the drive through 4 times this year and never left with food. You guys average 10 minutes per car so I drive off every time after 20 or so.

SO SO BAD. Please please please get new management. I've made the mistake of coming here three times, and two times I have waited in the drive through for over forty five minutes (I'm not exaggerating) and when we went in to the lobby once, we couldn't even get service! When we ordered on the app we got our food after thirty minutes. Neither Taco Bell in town can get you in and out in less than thirty minutes, which is bad for fast food.

I had paid through the app and went through the drive thru but I was refused my order while i saw it in the cashiers hand. I had confirmed the name and items in the bag but she refuse to hand it over for no reason. I checked my bank account and I was charged for that order while receiving nothing. I don't know what else to do to get my order.

Wow, it's been a half hour and food is barely moving out of that kitchen. Drive thru is nearly in the street. Please fire the management here. They can't handle the most basic orders on a freaking week night.

Every single time. Hour plus wait times. Missing items from order. Incorrect orders. Locked lobby. I don’t know how nothing has been done about this location. All these reviews you figure they’d do SOMETHING 🤦‍♂️

Every time I order here something gets messed up or left off completely. Every single time. And people are not joking when it comes to the wait time here, 45 minutes plus in the drive thru AFTER the inside is closed, so you can’t go inside to order nor fix your order after getting it in the drive thru and something is messed up or left off completely, which is EVERY TIME. You have to go back thru the 45 minute+ drive thru just to receive an absolute bs response, which is normally attitude, told that I can have in store credit instead of fixing the mistake, or told they are out of whatever ingredient. I keep telling my wife to stop giving them chances but her having a good heart wins that battle every time. I’m putting my foot down this time. Maybe try again in a couple years.

Me and three of my friends placed mobile orders here Friday night. To add some context, this is after we had to cancel our mobile orders at the other Taco Bell because they ran out of tortillas. We waited in line for over 30 minutes at this location, only to be told at the speaker that they serve two mobile orders per car max. We had to cancel our orders once again, because half of our food would’ve been cold by the time we got back through the line. I’ve been to this location in the past, and I don’t recall this rule being enforced; it’s not enforced at the other Taco Bell, either. It seemed like an arbitrary rule enforced by careless employee. Anyways, I was incredibly frustrated, and I felt obligated to write this review as a result. I would love to know if the two mobile orders per car rule is an actual policy; I definitely didn’t see anything about it in the app when I was placing my order.

Genuinely abysmal management and service. Has been this way for a few years but every once in a while I crave Taco Bell. Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this location has made me start to resent Taco Bell. Absolutely unacceptable wait times of not exaggerating 45+ minutes, more than once. The management of this place needs to be studied as to how not to run a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere.
