Greeting customers is importantly crucial to me. This location went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant…and it was. My order was quickly and politely corrected right away. I found that this type of customer service makes you want to return in the future. Great job by the whole team.

Bad experience at this Taco Bell. TLDR: ordered online, they said they didn't have it and I had to pay again.
Went to this Taco Bell location. I ordered online as I didn't want to wait in the drive thru. I ordered at 5:40, they said it would be ready at 5:47. At 6:23, I get the notification that it's ready, so I go to pick it up. I walk inside, and ask for the order under my name. The guy working looks it up on the computer, and says sorry, I don't see that here. I show him my phone and he's like hmm yeah that's the right location, and it says it's ready for pickup today. He calls his manager over and the guy's like yeah tough luck. You can order a new order if you want! At this point, it's been an hour since I ordered so I was really hungry and just wanted my burrito. I ended up paying twice to get one order of food. If you're wondering, it did charge my card twice - I didn't forget to press order or anything. Food was good once I got it, but didn't anticipate paying $40 for some mid burritos. Wish I had gone to Fridas or Yami Yummy.

Not sure what the real hours are but I can assure you the listed ones are incorrect. No one ever answers the drive through or opens the doors. It seems I happen to make it there before any employees.

I have never been to a worse place; the manager is rude, and my food is never accurate. Now that the other taco bell is open; I will never come back to this one. This isn't just once; it's multiple times. I always ask no tomatoes on my food, and my food always end up with tomatoes on it.

Just came in to pick up some burritos and thoughts that they were wrong. They were immediately replaced, and we got to keep the other burritos that turned out to actually be correct . If I could , I'd leave 10 stars 🌟 thank you very much for the fast service and for addressing the correctness of the order even though it was my mistake 🙏

Do not go to this restaurant and most certainly DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY OR TAKE OUT. Here's where my 6:40pm order was yesterday evening- sitting prepared on the counter with a locked door, drive-thru only sign, a door dasher that waited 45 minutes before he cancelled off my order, and an unhappy order placer (me) as it was 8:33pm when the second door dasher confirmed pickup of my cold food. Yep, definitely cold, all $98.87 of it...12 tacos, 8 burritos, one order of nachos, a meximelt, and a three cheese chicken thing plus tax plus tip just so we cold have horrible vold food. What a disgusting, pathetic, and annoying way to discover how poorly an overpriced fast food place is run, and let's just hope the health department sees the pics my first door dasher provided me and shuts them down. TWO HOURS for taco bell. The owners, managers, and employees should all be ashamed that they provided such a horrible experience.

I wish I would have looked at reviews before placing a mobile order. We ordered our food on the app and chose the option to pick up inside. When we got to the restaurant we went to go inside but the doors were locked (but mind you, there were customers inside eating!?) a customer let us in and we were told by the manager that we had to pick up our food in the drive through even though our food was ready inside and the drive through line was literally wrapped around the building. We left without our food and without a refund. Management and customer service absolutely horrible. Will never go again.

Couldn't find my online order. The staff was rude. Just because you work there doesn't mean you have to be dismissive. And they got my order wrong and didn't care to fix it
