Pretty sad that they don't have all of the ingredients made up for their breakfast menu. Sausage is the main component yet they didn't have any....could have waited for it to be cooked but that shouldn't have even been a suggestion. Not the first time that this has happened guess we need to find a different go to. Step up your game!

made an online order assuming it would be faster. when i got there there was one car in the drive thru parking lot practically empty. get to the speaker box and the guy keeps interrupting me i said i have a mobile order for “the name” then asks me for the name and as im saying it interrupts me again. gets to the window waits 3 minutes they hand out the drink then asks me to pull forward then i proceed to wait 15 minutes for the food to come out while everyone else is getting their food mind you all that was ordered was nuggets and a burger… got home NO SAUCES. Already knew this wendy’s was the bad one but jesus just close atp and received no customer service like you can’t even apologize that it took so long just a blank stare no talking while handing me my order.

Wendy's is a lot like McDonald's anywhere you go into a Wendy's you can guarantee you're going to get a similar burger compared to 100 mi away. It's always going to be the same quality you get a decent burger for a decent price. The new Frosty menu gives a little more pizzazz to the plain old chocolate or vanilla Frosty. They're worth trying and while you're at that go ahead and check out the salads. Definitely a change from a burger, and if you use the app there is usually a $2 off coupon for a salad all the time.

We tried to give this restaurant chance after chance due to the options available ordered food for a family of four the fries were old and dried out. The burger bun was so hard that even tapping my finger into the bun it didn’t put much of a dent in the bun. At the beginning of the order the person on drivetru was asked to drop some fresh fries and the fries for all four of us were old and left out past its time. The chicken nuggets were dry as well. It’s sad because it’s the closest to my house but I’m not even gonna go to this Wendy’s no more. DONT WASTE UR MONEY DRIVE TO THIS WENDYS BEHIND WALMART ITS A WASTE OF TIME

Ordered a burger,10 piece nugget and large fries. After paying was told to wait in the mobile order spot. Waited for a bit which is not a big deal. Got the bag and drove back to work and they forgot the burger. There goes seven bucks

Sometimes all you need in life is some quality chicken nuggets and fries with a drink. Doesn't matter the sauce if the chicken nuggets are just that good and trust me, they're good

Employees including managers smoking right at the entrance. Cigarette smoke gives me massive headaches. There are also laws about how far from the entrance one can smoke, and it's more than half a foot. I won't eat there. Even if there's no one smoking there when I arrive, can't say they won't be there when I try to leave, or that the smoke won't come inside when the door opens. Went to Freddy's instead. Another restaurant on my do not go list. There are plenty of other options.
