Today was our first experience with Slim Chickens. We arrived around 2:30 in the afternoon. We were a group of 5 who was not having the greatest of days.
We had left the oncologist office (my hubby was diagnosed the day after his 64th bday with stage 4 cancer) getting the results of his first Pet scan. They weren't fabulous. I ordered an 8 piece wing dinner and my son ordered 3 and 3. Three of his wings came out plain and the outside was so crispy, he struggled to bite through the skin. I encouraged him to take them back to the counter with the receipt to get the sauced ones he ordered. They brought back his same basket with sauce dumped on them. Not fresh ones.
I went to get my drink and both plastic ice dispensers were filthy!! The inside was brown and NOT want I wanted touching my ice!!

Our order took almost 30 minutes to get. We were in the drive thru and when we got to the window we sat and sat. They asked us to pull around to the front of the restaurant to finish waiting. Our food was delivered to our car within 5 minutes. We contacted the company and were told we would be compensated but nothings was resolved.
