I didn't order any food. I went in and the place wasn't very clean. I went to use the restroom and it smelled liked sewer
I've tried to order the same burger on two separate occasions and each time it wasn't correct.. second time had a hair in it on top of it being the wrong order.. triple bacon burger with mayo, extra pickle, extra onion, no hair.
No Freddy regular fry sauce!!! The whole reason I come here is for the fries and sauce!! Every table was dirty as well. Front of house people seemed like they hated thier Job. Worst Freddy's experience I've Probably ever had.
Always delish. Decided to go to Freddie's after being treated rudely at Denny's. Glad it turned out to be a win.

Horrible hair in my burger, rude help and the place is so dirty. Would be nice to get a decent fast food burger. Thanks for ruining my dinner won’t be back.

Worst experience I have ever had. I went through the drive thru got my food and left when I got home I realized they gave me none of my food which was 3 burger meals (I only had fries in the bag) when I reached out a girl answered the phone and said “let me get my manager” I clearly hear him in the background say “I’m not doing anything we just closed” and they hung up on me it was 10:02 . I called back she answered again i said hi I think the call dropped she says oh okay let me get the manager and hangs up again. I called back to back to see if they would even answer the phone and they did not. This was food for my kids after a soccer game and almost $40.
