California Burger Great and tater tots magnificent

The food was great, unfortunately though this location was disgusting. Ketchup smeared on the walls in the booths, smeared around the dispenser of the single use containers used to hold ketchup, and terrible smelling restroom. Cashier could hardly look at us to take our order but was checking their phone constantly and stuck fingers inside our drink cup when grabbing it.

Always a good experience...Great food and service at more than reasonable prices. Best value: split an Original Freddy's Double Meal with your significant other and supersize the fries. In and out with PLENTY of food for two...just $12.30 including tax. Dare you to find a better deal than this on the BEST burgers anywhere in the Kansas City area!

This was a good Freddy's. Order wasn't wrong. Staff was very helpful which is not than I've come to expect these days. It's a good location. Clean. The condiments were stocked and so is the fountain drinks worked. I can't really ask for much more. Thanks guys and gals.

The person who took my order couldn't have cared less! He walked away before my receipt printed so I didn't know my order number and I had to ask the counter people to make my concrete... terrible customer service for ordering!

Came here for a quick dinner and unfortunately was met with a 20-minute wait before we could even get up to order. Once we finally got to the window, the employee taking our order was very passive and off-putting. I completely understand not wanting to be at work, but there’s no reason to take that frustration out on paying customers.

After ordering, it took over 30 minutes to get our food, at a fast food restaurant. When we finally received it, we checked the bag and realized our order was wrong. We went back to get it fixed and waited an additional 15 minutes, only for the burger to come back wrong again.

While trying to get someone’s attention at the window, a girl (who i presume is the lead..?) ignored us multiple times while we sat there waiting, even after making direct eye contact with me. Once someone finally came to help us, she seemed visibly annoyed and irritated at the fact the burger was needing to be remade.

If customers are waiting this long and paying nearly $20 for a burger, the order should at least be made correctly. By the time we got everything back, the rest of the food was cold and the burger was still wrong. Completely killed our appetite and overall experience.

I really like Freddy’s but I don’t go to this one often and the one time I do I ordered a double cheeseburger plain with fries and they got my entire order wrong by giving me a single cheeseburger plain with everything on it and no fries I really like Freddy’s but don’t go to this one when it’s busy because you’re gonna wait 10-20 minutes in the line just for your order to be wrong but besides this one experience they are pretty good

I ordered a simple cushy , peanut butter and banana through the drive through. I said for 15 minutes after I paid waiting for my custard, they asked me what I ordered twice and they still got it wrong.

We had to order 3 times and it was still wrong. Order id:AAAR5NMUALKY
I will not be returning. They were out of American cheese so I settled with Swiss cheese because the only other option is pepper jack. So because I have ulcers I chose Swiss. Well to my surprise when I took my first bite it was PEPPER JACK! Thanks for the pain im going to be in for a few days. And that's only one bite. Obviously I didn't eat the burger at that point. I cant return it because you are now closed so im out dinner and money. I cant afford to eat sub standard food thats way off brand so I won't be going to Freddy's anymore.

Amazing

Best steak smash burgers I know of. Fries are shoestring and serving is generous. Custard cones and shares are very good but I rarely have room for them. Patty melts are also available and recommended. They have a few new items like tacos that I have not tried but should probably be good too. My only complaint is that their ice tea is weak. It looks watered down compared to most of the restaurants that I frequent. I almost always order iced tea with my meals.

Just spent 26$ on burgers only to get home and realize the orders were completely wrong. The guy in the drivethru clearly doesnt pay attention to what he is putting in the computer because he will read back what you asked for but thats not what you get. He also likes handing people drinks but then not giving the straws instead opting to wait for you order to be done to then put the straws in the bag. Who does that? Just give me a straw so I can at least drink my drink while I wait. Also, WHY does Freddy's always ask for your name? You don't need my name. This isnt a bank loan its a burger order. If you can't keep orders straight with only one other car in line you have other problems. I guess this particular freddys has other problems because with only a car ahead and behind they got my order completely wrong. 26$ down the drain. Went to this location on 4/14/26 at 3:30ish pm. Dude in the drivethru was clearly more interested in talking than doing his job. Maybe its the dumb chain he was wearing that was weighing him down.
