Horrible hair in my burger, rude help and the place is so dirty. Would be nice to get a decent fast food burger. Thanks for ruining my dinner won’t be back.

Worst experience I have ever had. I went through the drive thru got my food and left when I got home I realized they gave me none of my food which was 3 burger meals (I only had fries in the bag) when I reached out a girl answered the phone and said “let me get my manager” I clearly hear him in the background say “I’m not doing anything we just closed” and they hung up on me it was 10:02 . I called back she answered again i said hi I think the call dropped she says oh okay let me get the manager and hangs up again. I called back to back to see if they would even answer the phone and they did not. This was food for my kids after a soccer game and almost $40.

What's the point of having a dual drive through if you never open the 2nd lane.
Food's okay but sometimes the drive through is very very slow. I used to use two lanes but I haven't seen that second lane in use since the pandemic

Clean up in front of the order shelf! I just picked up my order and a gorgeous goth mommy behind the counter smiled back at me and let's just say theyre gonna need multiple wet floor signs with how wet she made me. Wouldn't want anyone to slip.

Went through the drive through. Got a double burger and let me tell you they emptied the salt box on it. One burger and I had to put it together when I opened the bag. Someone needs to take their job a little more serious.

Had visited this location and had a mixup with our order. I called the store and the manager told me to come in next time and he would correct the error. He comped our entire order and apologized. Great customer service.
