Stopped to get food for dinner. When we finally got to the speaker to place the order, I would order an item and the person on the other end kept saying "what else do you want" after each thing I ordered. Finally get food after lengthy wait in the drive thru and go home, only to find out that 1/3 of my order is missing. Very disappointing.

Spicy fry sauce used to be so good it was worth going just for that. But ever since they switched to the little square factory-made packets it's been terrible.

1 of 4 items were edible- the Turtle Concrete mixer was great! But, the French Onion burger was super salty. The California Double was salty, with the burger hanging over the 6” bun by a good inch. The 1,000 Island dressing on the Cali was salty. The Cheesy fries were double salty- cheese sauce and potatoes. Also, no napkins or forks were furnished for this takeout order. Food was better at out of town Freddy’s locations, so we were disappointed 8pm Mon Jan 1.

Honestly I love Freddy’s for the food which IS consistently good here. But the service is terrible. They have messed up my order at least 4 times. The last time I was not in the drive thru so I got to see how these kids treat their manager who was trying their best to figure out what happened to my order that was given to someone in the drive thru. One of the times they shamed the employee putting orders together when I came back to get my correct order after being given the wrong sandwich in the drive thru. Disappointing juvenile behavior.Parking: Construction/road work does not help already congested and difficult to maneuver parking lot
At the moment, there is a lot of construction around this location causing difficulty getting in and out easily. When we pulled up, we were immediately greeted kindly by the person working the drive thru. He was patient, repeated back and ended the experience with kind words and well wishes. We pulled around to the window where we were handed our three drinks without a single word being said. The window closed. She realized we had no straws and gave us straws. The window closed again. We sat with no interaction, update or anything for 11 minutes! When finally the food arrived all we were told was, 'Here you go'. No offer for sauce....no apology for the wait. The window was closed immediately. The food was hot and good as always....but the service was disappointing.

It was 2 on a rainy sunday. I stopped by the local Freddys to parch my dire hunger. There i was met with worst nightmare. The lady at the window called me a chunky boi?. She the proceeded to Recite the declaration of independence. I was dumbfounded. how does she get off shattering a mans pride like this. She then forgot my jalepeno fry sauce. The aggonny. the disrespect. When will it end. They have taken everything from me and your next. i so not recommend this location.

The lady taking our order at the window was very patient and nice, but when we received our food we got the wrong order. They had to remake my daughters burger. They gave us extra food also which means they were not paying attention. Thinking we received the right order after, I got all the way home and still I had the wrong burger, which included bacon and I don’t eat pork. The food also appeared very sloppy like and like the employees did not care at all. There were also a bunch of open and crumpled up napkins at the very bottom of the bag which look like the employees had wiped mustard all over them. My family really enjoys Freddy’s burgers but even the taste was off. Very disappointed
