Last night, I got dinner for my family 4 through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that we were shorted a sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and complained. The manager immediately apologized and did everything she could to make it right. In fact, she went above and beyond what I expected. Bravo for the outstanding customer service!
Not awful, but not great. The employees seem nice enough, nicer than I would expect them to be for how much they’re probably not making. The food wasn’t all that, the shake was kind of melting, even though I picked it up on time. The Ruger was all right, but nothing I’d come back for.
