I ordered a chocolate custard with hot fudge sauce for my wife who had her wisdom teeth taken out today. Unfortunately I realized when they gave me a vanilla custard that I had accidentally ordered vanilla. The employee working the window told their team to make a chocolate custard with hot fudge sauce “stat” and gave it to me for free! What a blessing and a great way to treat customers and get them to return!
We went through the drive-thru on Shawnee Mission Parkway on 6/22/23 at 7:00 p.m. The lady on the drive-thru was excellent. The food was delicious and there was almost no waiting for it. Even the gentleman on the window who gave us the food was fast and very competent. This is what a drive-thru experience should be!

At the moment, there is a lot of construction around this location causing difficulty getting in and out easily. When we pulled up, we were immediately greeted kindly by the person working the drive thru. He was patient, repeated back and ended the experience with kind words and well wishes.
