I went by at 9am. There was no one in line and the parking lot had 2 cars. I had to wait almost 10 minutes before anyone answered the drive through speaker. I would have drove off but I was craven the taco's.

The service was beyond SLOW. They weren't busy, so I'm not sure what was taking so long. Every process from ordering our food to paying to receiving the food was painfully slow. There was only one car in front of us, and then we sat at the window for over 15 minutes once it was our turn. No explanations, no apologies. The food was fine. The fries were fresh.

Donald was helpful, friendly and gave wonderful customer service. He was knowledgeable about the menu and assisted my husband with food selection. One of the best fast food customer service experience.
