I recently started working down the street from there and began going because I haven't seen a long John silvers in a long time. No matter what whoever takes my order always sounds extremely unpleasant so much so I actually can't go back and definitely will not recommend. I don't think some of the folks employed realize they are in service. Honestly if you dislike your job so much then leave it's sad Everytime I hear the recorded voice come across I'm like finally someone pleasant. Whenever you place an order you will never be asked if want a drink or sauce and if you say I'd like a drink I was asked very condescending if I was sure about the add on I'm honestly disappointed. Extremely poor experience and again I will not be back good is always soaked in grease. Stay far from this place if you like a bite to eat with at least a decent experience. I see why ppl don't seem to go there more then employees over the food but both could use work.

One of few still around and I hope it stays that way. When the food is fresh it's so good! Like most if they have a few cars in the drive through it takes a little bit to get your food.

We went through the drive through @ 12:03 at location #31623 Debbie S. took our order started off super rude while at the menu we tried asking if our meals came with drinks she refused to answer until we got the window and had to ask again but didn't give us an answer until she swiped our card then we waited 30 minutes when she finally brought out our food she brought 3 other orders with her when I went to confront her about a kids chicken meal that had fish instead of chicken she looked at one box on the top and assumed that's what I was referring to and continued her attitude.. to be so rude and disrespectful while at work to a paying customer is absolutely uncalled for I also went inside to use the restroom before ordering and it was disgusting food on the floors and tables spilled soda by the dispenser and some kind of fluid on the bathroom floor NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION FOR ALL THE REASONS ABOVE

It felt like the heavy set female employee was barking at us to order. Then when the food was ready she must have thought that I was stretch Armstrong because she did not deliver the food at the counter where they are supposed to but I had to reach like plastic man to grab the food because she handed it over just about in the employees work area. This was not a good experience.

My order came to 60 some dollars. No special orders, and when I got home the things we ordered, which they read our order back to us at the drive threw, was not the same. It tasted very good but this is the 2nd time they did not correctly give up the right food ordered.
