One of few still around and I hope it stays that way. When the food is fresh it's so good! Like most if they have a few cars in the drive through it takes a little bit to get your food.

We went through the drive through @ 12:03 at location #31623 Debbie S. took our order started off super rude while at the menu we tried asking if our meals came with drinks she refused to answer until we got the window and had to ask again but didn't give us an answer until she swiped our card then we waited 30 minutes when she finally brought out our food she brought 3 other orders with her when I went to confront her about a kids chicken meal that had fish instead of chicken she looked at one box on the top and assumed that's what I was referring to and continued her attitude.. to be so rude and disrespectful while at work to a paying customer is absolutely uncalled for I also went inside to use the restroom before ordering and it was disgusting food on the floors and tables spilled soda by the dispenser and some kind of fluid on the bathroom floor NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION FOR ALL THE REASONS ABOVE

It felt like the heavy set female employee was barking at us to order. Then when the food was ready she must have thought that I was stretch Armstrong because she did not deliver the food at the counter where they are supposed to but I had to reach like plastic man to grab the food because she handed it over just about in the employees work area. This was not a good experience.

My order came to 60 some dollars. No special orders, and when I got home the things we ordered, which they read our order back to us at the drive threw, was not the same. It tasted very good but this is the 2nd time they did not correctly give up the right food ordered.

I. Tried them again and I ordered a. Meal for 12.99 plus clams I got no receipt They charged me 21.12 .don't do business with them .I don't know I thought that place was kind of a jokethey just hired shove your food out to you don't really let you look at the menu for a moment see what you want

Well after 30min in the drive thru we got our food after it went to several other cars first. They came out and asked us twice what we ordered and they still couldn't get it right
I come here very often… always very satisfied.. tonight was a different story.. the chicken was the size of a nugget. Literally 5 waffle fries. Chicken was not cooked completely. Outside was mushy. No tea made.. 🙄 I spent 45$ and was very very disappointed.. ☹️ and I was parked for over 20 minutes.

Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for my order. The staff seemed not to care so I canceled my order. No one apologized about their slowness. It's not like the place is easy to get to you have to want to go to LJS. The wait was bad enough but the lack of customer service will keep me from ever going back

work on a construction site down the street from there, get there at 11 o’clock and the have to wait for the lobby to open until 11:30-11:45. has happened multiple times and it is a bit ridiculous

Don't get to eat Long John Silver to often ours close in Salina. Always good food but this time was very oily. Hush puppies were oil soaked couldn't even eat them. 🙄 Didn't give us ketchup we asked for and only one tater sauce. This store needs new management...lol
