Nice place and good service but the accuracy of the selection available online is not exact. Took a drive to buy a product and was not available for a long while. Great selection of sugar free products just not regular bars of milk chocolate.Parking: Available parking at the door

the selection of chocolates offered is very limited - very disappointing. they only offer boxes of mixed items nowadays. too bad.

Terrible customer services. We sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes, was told to pull forward and no one ever came to take our order. We walked in and asked if something was wrong with the drive thru and the lady instantly gave us attitude. We politely turned around and went to Andy’s.

The service was terrable? Two ladies were behind the counter when I walked in. No other customers in the store. When I needed to be rung up one clerk went to the back and the other acted like she was to busy to take care of me. I asked which register I should go to, they have two? The clerk directed me me to the register. The clerk once again said she would be with me in a minute. They have an attitude every time I go there. The clerk finally comes to wait on me and directs me to pick up all my merchandise and there was alot and move to a side register. I paid with cash and was told I couldn't use it because they didn't have change. I always use cash so I told her that's all I had. She just stared at me so I told her I wouldn't be purchasing there today and proceed to put the merchandise back. The clerk then mentioned she could check in the back and wah lah she magically had change.

Unfortunately understaffed like many places, long wait to check out on a Monday morning. Outside of holidays this is never an issue but plan to wait and have patience if going near a chocolate holiday (Christmas, Valentines, Easter).

Busy store on a Saturday night full of customers. Guy was sitting on the checkout counter with his back to everyone even while we are trying to make purchases at the register, his butt right next to where food items are being set down. Not very professional. Quality of seasonal items has gone down too, caramels are tasting very cheap and the milk chocolate isn't that good either.
