“I had the salad option with my omelette instead of potatoes it was very refreshing. My friend gave me a spoonful of her potatoes to try, WOW! They were so flavorful and had onions mixed in just like my grandma used to do. The whole grain bread used in their toast was wholesome without the heavy dryness. The accompanying fruit jam was not overly sugary. I was so pleased that a tablespoonful came in a metal condiment cup instead of a plastic container with an individual serving (which barely covers a half slice of toast) given at other restaurants. Great service from our server who did not make us feel rushed even with several folks on the wait list. Way to go First Watch team! I enjoyed my initial visit to your restaurant.“

“Get in line online is a great feature. The wait was only a minute or two. We came for breakfast and the restaurant was nearly full. However, the staff were friendly and attentive. Our food was served quickly. Everything was delicious and looked very appealing. We enjoyed the food and the presentation. “My husband and I took three of our kids to this location yesterday for lunch. We’d never been to a First Watch before, but we knew to expect excellent quality food with a healthy, comforting twist; right up my alley! WOW! We were SO impressed! From our initial greeting coming into the restaurant all the way to the end of our visit, we were treated with happy smiles, incredible customer service, prompt wait times, and delicious meals. Our kids enjoyed chocolate chip pancakes with sausage and bacon. Their protein selections were unmatched with appropriately larger portions than most, enough to satisfy two growing boys! They couldn’t say enough about the flavor and quality. My husband and I tried dishes including hash potatoes, fresh market veggies, beautifully cooked eggs, and their whole grain toast - that was a treat! As someone who isn’t a fan of toast, in general, making a meal out of this whole grain toast, house-made butter and preserves would be easy to do. Lovely atmosphere, obvious camaraderie among the staff, fun culture, exceptional product! We left happy and eager to experience First Watch again very soon. Thank you to Daniel and his team for making our first visit a memorable one!“

“I ordered the bourbon pancakes. They ran out of bananas to put on top. The pancakes were good but a little too much glaze for me. If I order again I would get the bourbon glaze on the side. We had a large party and mostly everyone liked their food. Oh the Beignets were warm and delicious 😋“

“Went here for a family breakfast. FW had no problem accommodating a dozen people plus a baby. Service was timely, and the menu had enough variety that everyone was happy and found something they were pleased with.

“I failed to post about this the other day. AR’s Breakfast & Brunch is one of the best places for breakfast in town. For those that know me their food is similar to my restaurants in Nashville. They just know me as “the Sysco guy”. I’ll take that! I got the breakfast tacos, but they made them my way with chorizo and jalapeños. It isn’t on the menu that way but it was awesome. Buen provecho!“

“The place was packed and we had to wait a minute for clean tables. The MANAGER came out to clean tables and sweep the floor under both tables. We were quickly waited on by a friendly and efficient waitress. There were 6 women working this shift and all were in top form. Even the 2 cooks were women and that was a new thing to see at WH. The food arrived cooked perfectly and exactly as ordered. Everything was tasty and enjoyable. This is one of the best WH in the area with one of the best teams I've seen working. Great teamwork ladies! You all did a remarkable job handling a full house like pros. You are all hard workers and should be commended AND rewarded accordingly. I'll be back to your WH, for sure.“

“We went here three times yesterday. Yes, three times. We were at an event around the corner and were able to walk over. We ate at 5 of the venders. All were fabulous. Mushroom burger, paneer wrap, avocado toast, curry fries, focaccia, street corn, and ice cream. All the staff were so kind and engaging. It was easy to find many GF options too. Just wish there would have been more heater lamps since it was cold.“

“It is an Ihop so you pretty much know what to expect already, but I'll say the cooks have their game together. The food is always prepared promptly and with skill. There are typically a bunch of weird patrons and listening to the conversations of the guests is the best entertainment you will get here. I honestly prefer this place to a bunch of the more "upscale" brunch places around town. What you get for the money is worth it and it is promptly delivered instead of an hour long wait at other places.“

“I went there at night after them gym and I got the protein pancakes with my friends. The server came out and told us that they’d have to double check if they had enough protein batter and they were so nice and let us know that they were gonna make some fresh for us. The manager came out and was so friendly. His name was Kevin and he even cracked jokes with us at the table and got us all refills. It was nice to see a manager who was so friendly and welcoming.“

“Went there today after a long day at KU Med. Staff were absolutely amazing! Beyond friendly and helpful especially being from our if town and not know much about KC. Food came quick and was just as awesome as their customer service. If you want a good meal and a bunch of friendly smiling faces this is the place to go! Managers were awesome as well! Nicest ihop I have ever been to hands down! We will be at KU for a while and we will forsure have to make another visit!“

“I just had the most wonderful dining experience today. I stopped into the ihop in Olathe & was promptly seated & upon my seating down my lovely waitress Crystal greeted me with a beautiful smile. I ordered some delicious pancakes & some hashbrowns. While I waited for my food I noticed this lovely gentleman walking around talking with all of the tables. When he got to my table he introduced himself by his Name Mark & said he was the manager there & wanted to make sure I was comfortable & if there was anything he could get for me. But with my great server Crystal helping me I politely declined & told him how polite he was. I have not had that kind of service in quite some time. I got my food nice & hot & it was delicious. I finished my food & tipped the server & paid my bill. I will be telling all of my friends about the amazing service I had today. Such an amazing crew!! Thank you!!!“
