Super clean. Such awesome service. Server was so nice and the manager came out to great the guests. She, the manager, had a fantastic personality. Food was fast, hot, and not greasy. My omlet was fresh and hot. The coffee was really good for a chain iHop. Im coming back!

This store is amazing, definitely feels like home and i was so comfortable here. My waiter Jhkai was so amazing and was very patient with me, didnt rush my check. This is the Ihop you are looking for! This is my home store for now on. Just amazing and friendly. I've made family

IHOP is a spacious restaurant with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility. The service can vary, with some waitresses being excellent and a manager named Kevin who is friendly and welcoming. The host and wait staff, including Ashlynn and Jh'Kai, are phenomenal. The food is generally good, although there have been minor issues. The restaurant stands out for service, especially for guys' breakfasts, and the 55+ menu offers reasonable prices. However, some customers have noted that the restaurant did not remodel much after moving in, making it look old, and the restrooms needed servicing. One downside is the tricky entrance due to construction near the IHOP in Kansas City. The parking lot can seem a bit deserted due to the location, but overall it is a good experience. Remember to tip generously if the service is good.
