I usually have a good experience at chick-fil-a but this morning I went thru the drive thru for breakfast and it was a poor experience. I ordered a sausage burrito with the salsa. After paying I was asked to pull aside to wait longer. After waiting a while I finally got my food just to realize I received a chicken burrito without salsa. No napkin, noting! 🙁

I never really liked fast food but when Seranity and Maria helped me after work one day I go in just for a drink everyday because they really make my day. They are fast and funny and great customer service I love them but also the other employees I just never really looked at their name tag

Hey, I love Chick-fil-A great food, staff is always friendly its a good time. But recently I've been having alot of issues with getting the right food from this location specifically. I've been here 3 times in the past week and a half each everytime my order is wrong. Love the company and service just tough getting the wrong food.

Food good, people great, however our entire pre-k class went to play and the play area is closed. They mentioned it had been closed “since covid” and I had checked the website before going. The play place was listed as an amenity. This was quite a let down, especially since the reason for closure is complete in a sense.

Everyone that I've experienced has been very friendly at this location. Usually the drive through has a line but they get you through pretty quickly. There's hardly ever a wait to order in the lobby but getting a table can sometimes be tricky depending on when you visit. The restaurant itself appears very clean.

I went there and got a cob salad with a spicy fillet a Coke zero and a large fry. My sister and nephew were with me great experience although other customers were throwing things at us. The manager took care of it, and I am grateful for their service praying for the young men that we’re throwing things and the employees and manager.
