Last two times I've gone it's taken 30 minutes -- are you all setting Aaron up to fail by short staffing him, or did you give way too much responsibility to someone so young?

I wanted Chick-fil-A tonight but you're already at two strikes so why bother?

EDIT: Yeah I stopped going here altogether due to always having to wait 10 minutes for my mobile order that should be ready shortly after arrival, and the super immature workers who are always too busy chatting and act compelled to finish their personal conversations before they can be bothered to acknowledge customers. Abysmal management.

Every time I’ve ordered from this Chick-fil-A, they get my order wrong. It’s not that hard to read the ticket. I get my order to go because I am in a rush most times. If you order from here, make sure you check your bag for all correct items. I will not be ordering from this location again. It sucks!!!

So the food was good, my order was correct, the service was good. The problem come from while I was eating there today a manager brought out two different employees and wrote them up in the dining room being loud enough so a pack dining room could hear. Not saying they didn't deserve to get wrote up but to do it on public is a way to add insult and embarrassment and isn't a good way to be manager of any kind. Hopefully you guys look into the management staff and fix this power trip

So I am a doordasher. I understand that restaurants are allowed by policy but also doordash has a safety rating to prevent things like that. Which if you take the food eventually the platform will deactivate you and kick you off of the platform. Doordash on the platform. It is unprofessional and it makes that person look like a thief when all I'm trying to do is provide for my family and do my job. I understand that there is people out there that shouldn't be doing. Doordashing because they are taking the food but so is customers that say they don't get their order and it's very unprofessional and this place was definitely there. I go into plenty of restaurants that don't ask us to do that ever. Like I said very unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest go in there. The atmosphere is not good. If before you walk out they're telling you confirm or you can't take the order. Just really trying to do my job. I did call the manager to discuss that with her and it's all she did. Was just rush me off the phone so I wouldn't suggest going to this. Chick-fil-A there is plenty of other ones out there that don't make you confirm the order

We come here often. Typically it is fine. Better than most fast food. Last few times the fries have been cold. This time we ordered the kids chicken nuggets & fries. We get home and see we got grilled chicken pieces and they smelled RANCID. We tried and it was so gross. Disappointing because we realized this once we were home. Make sure to check ur food while there!

This location HAS a play place BUT they do not allow their customers to use it. It is used as a computer office space and closet. When I asked them about the use of the play place they said they DO NOT have one and have told Google to update the description on Google Maps, “but they (Google) won’t do it”.

Terrible. Lying management, terrible customer service and misrepresentation of amenities.

They are using the excuse of COVID (5 years later) as being the reason they “don’t have a play place” that they actually DO HAVE but refuse to allow their customers access to it.

They deserve ZERO stars. As a family of two 3 year olds driving 12 hours during the holidays, this location was chosen to stretch legs and get energy out. We were very disappointed and disheartened by the blatant dishonesty and lack of care for families.

This location is NOT family oriented.
