Ordered buffalo tenders and got regular on my way to work. Didn't realize it until I started eating in the car. I called to get a replacement. I was told to keep the regular tenders until after my shift and replace with the correct. I was hungry and of course ate before my shift. Partially my fault because I did not check my order before I left. Anthony at the window had great customer service food was good just not what I ordered. The male I spoke to on the phone was close minded to a mistake even being made. I wish this review had the option for me to upload a photo.

Food has always been excellent here. Service isn't speedy, but it's not slow either, and always friendly. The speed of the service is directly related to being fresher prepared for, so can't complain about that. Butterburgers are the best burgers. Love their shrimp too.

A group of people chatting at the drive thru window not doing their jobs while my CURBSIDE order was over 10 minutes late because they put it on a shelf and forgot about it. I had to send my girlfriend in to get it and she said 5 employees were just standing at the counter talking. Disgusting service. Should’ve taken a photo of your employees not doing their jobs while my food goes cold

Great food, me and my partner dine here very often and we are never disappointed of the food nor the service. This does not even taste like fast food, though it will be consider that. It's really good. I stop maiking burgers at home and left it to these guys that know exactly how to do it.
