“Giving it five star because Palestinian business and falafel made fresh. BUT I do have feedback:
- Pricing was the first thing that caught my attention. I ordered 6 pc falafel which is advertised as $4.99 but was charged $5.19. I personally don’t care, but maybe just update the price board/website for accuracy.
- Falafel was not processed properly. Many hard pieces it felt as if I’m eating a boxed falafel mix. The texture definitely threw me off, not what I’m used to when it comes to falafel from scratch. A little too greasy too, as if it was refried.
- Pickles that came with it are delicious! Will def go back for a jar.
Overall, cute shop and nice staff. I live close by and I hope they fix the falafel so I can go more often because even tho I can make it myself, I’d rather support a small Palestinian business. <3“

“Very cute little deli and lunch spot in NKC. The sausage they sell is the best in town. We got the 1935 and the Ruben and they both were great sandwiches. We came on a Saturday so It was not as busy as I would expect during the work week.
We also had the olive salad it was very good.“

“I was craving a breakfast sandwich and some coffee. Both did not disappoint! Quiet, small town diner feel in the heart of the Crossroads. The touristy coffee place down the street was way too busy and this proved to be a great decision. Will be going back.“

“My wife and I took a trip to KC for a fun overnight stay. We took the street car up to the City Market and visited the Arabian Steamboat Museum. When we got out we looked in the Market for a place to eat lunch. Stumbled upon this gem! She had the meatball sandwich and I had the Italian beef. They were wonderful! Tender shaved beef with fresh and tangy giardinera. Wow!“

“I have eaten at longboards for a long time, just not this location. I have known about it from the Jiujitsu community as I believe the owner is into it. It's from day one been great. I love the Thai peanut chicken wrap but have had the OG, and it's never been bad. The atmosphere is awesome and really puts in island life time. Stop in and get you one. You won't be disappointed.
Parking: There is a lot of parking but at lunch it fills up fast.
Kid-friendliness: Oh yes
