We were staying in Kansas City for the Chiefs game and found this little place in a strip mall. We were so pleasantly surprised it was absolutely delicious. I had the birria tacos and they were absolutely delicious. Some of the best that I ever had. The service was very fast and the employees were extremely nice. Very reasonably priced and delicious! Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the KC area.

** TL;DR for locals: this is JOCO Mexican :( **
We eat a lot of Mexican food and are always looking for good, authentic plates. Unfortunately this location is disappointing. The salsa is tomato sauce, the refried beans have little flavor, and the house marg tastes strangely like a Mountain Dew (those aren't supposed to include soda, right?). I love this place. The service is so great. Always authentic smiles and friendliness and people that are glad you came. That seems less common these days. The food is always fast and delicious. I think the margaritas are perfect. A lot of places serve it light but they do a fine job. It really feels like visiting family for a meal every time I come. I’ve always like the salsa but honestly it seems like that has gotten even better.
