This time carbonation for the drinks so they just offered water or tea for a combo meal!! When I refused they charged me for a drink anyway. No courtesy greeting or thank you..

Oh, Popeyes chicken, the feather-ruffling delight of the fast-food poultry scene! My recent visit left me squawking for words. The chicken? Divine. The biscuits? The Chicken Sandwich is a winner for sure. Well, let's just say Popeyes left me feeling betrayed, a biscuit without butter is like a chicken without feathers - naked and bewildered.I eagerly dove into the biscuits, expecting a buttery embrace, but alas, all I got was a cold shoulder from the little vegetable shortening containers that appear at first glance to be a little thing of butter. But no, its 48% vegetable oil. What,? I like me some butter and honey, Oh yeah, they have no honey either. I pondered the cosmic injustice of it all while nibbling on my chicken, wondering if I had stumbled into an alternate universe where biscuits are rebellious and refuse to be slathered in golden goodness. Popeyes, I implore you, we like butter on biscuits and some like honey too. For the sake of biscuit loving enthusiasts everywhere! Until then, my taste buds remain on strike, demanding a buttery uprising!All in all I love me some Popeyes, its like the best, except no butter.

Not one person spoke English to correct my order! The cost was $39.87 and the only item correct was the drink. Horrible for a new location to be this poorly

I ordered a family bundle to find out that two chicken sandwiches are missing I tried to call but the number does not connect you anywhere. All you get is a busy tone after 4 calls. I sure there are many people having the same problems hence the 3

Won't give the food you ask for, refuses to give you a refund when they won't even give you what you ask for, and food tastes foul. Disgrace of an establishment even for a Popeyes. Stay away from the place they aren't close they're hiding from further honest reviews.
Sorry I didnt pick up the woman's name at counter. This on Wednesday afternoon heading home around lunch hour. She was friendly and went the extra mile to save us money with the best takeout offer. She rocked!

My wife and I split and thoroughly enjoyed the 4 piece combo. I liked that the pieces are so much bigger than KFC and the prices are better. Also they have a much better selection of sides and deserts.

They never give you the sauce. Even when you specifically ask for it at the window. Their biscuits are known for their dryness so the least they could do is throw in some honey. Or maybe the bbq sauce that I ordered.

The drive thru was a mess tonight. It's usually a little slow but the food is worth it so we don't mind but this was something else. It took over 10 minutes for each car to get their food and there were three cars in front of us so we spent about 40 minutes in the drive thru. We thought maybe they were understaffed but the kitchen was full of people! They get two stars cos the food was still great but that wait was ridiculous. Gas isn't cheap, y'all!

Over half an hour in the drive thru and they didn't even have the mac and cheese they charged me extra for. Chicken was good if not small. I'm not going back to this Popeyes and it'll be a while before I eat any after this experience.
