I arrive today at 10:30 am to order my food waited for an hour was told by the kids who worked there my order will probably be another hour before I get my food. I asked the manager why is there 7 to 10 minutes before order numbers are called. There is no sense of urgency when there is a lobby full of people I would say around 40 or more waiting on their food for over an hour.
