Awesome! We used a place on the side of the building to order. The smoothies were made pretty fast and were delicious! Plus, the medium is 32 oz, which is pretty large. The staff were pretty kind, as well.

Ordered online and when I came in they came out of the back room had a string of mobile orders sitting in the printer that they didn’t even start until I walked in. No point in ordering ahead here, you’ll wait just as long as just ordering in the store.

Yuck. I never go inside the store, but decided to go in on my most recent visit.The store was so dirty, gnats were flying all around the ingredients and there were no Associates in sight. It was so gross. There is no way they are properly cleaning. The dept of Ag needs to pay them a visit.

Let me start by saying the workers actually in the store are always great and doing the best with what they have. That being said, whoever is the franchise owner of this particular smoothie king needs to stop being such a cheapskate and then also be investigated for breaking child labor laws. Leaving 2 teenagers in the store on a Saturday by themselves to handle a weekend rush and online orders is absolutely ridiculous. I've never seen anyone in there over the age of 18 and watching other customers get impatient with literal children because whatever cretin is writing their schedule set them up for failure is too much and you should be ashamed of yourself. If you can't afford to properly staff your store, close it.

Poor customer service. They almost let me walk out with a drink that had been sitting unfinished in the blender. Luckily a more diligent employee caught the error. The cashier showed no interest in being there. We typically like smoothie king, but this location needs improvement.

I normally never ever leave a review. I give places chance after chance. I haven't been to this smoothie king in a couple months. This is why. These kids that work here don't even greet you. No hello nothing. They just look at you when you walk in. Today, I called them out on their BS. If it wasn't for us customers they wouldn't have a job and the place wouldn't be open. You really need to do a sneak check on your employees that work there. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

Every time we order ahead online, we wait 30 mins to pick up and then are waiting inside for 15-20 min because they are making all the ordersfor people in line. There was even online orders getting done ahead of mine. They walked right in and got theirs. They left one sitting there melting while I waited 20 min to the other two. Even when I asked about it twice they didn’t start ours. They won’t apologize or even give a discount. They are run horribly. They were annoyed my me asking them to get to the rest of my order If i could give zero stars I wouldFinally got all three. One tasted absolutely awful. It was salty and bitter. I had to drive the other two home before the melted and come back to have the other one re made. A call ahead order that was to be picked up at 3:00, took me j to 3:45.I spent 45 min in total. Which was an issue be iEr we were in the middle of building a deck, which is why we called ahead

They don’t pay on time they are very unprofessional the manager bryam always never there at McDonalds sting he doesn’t clock out when he go on break he take 2 hour breaks i never got trained oh Ilyn she don’t be there she so unprofessional they ask no proof of age they have got bugs in the fruits and blenders and they dirty

I stopped going to this location because they're always so full. I decided to give them a chance and once again bad customer service. They skipped me with about 20 + people i had my family waiting for about an hour in the car. Literally got here at 2:10 still havent received my smoothie. Let alone they said they had to re- due my order. Everyone came and left and I still havent received my order. It is currently 3pm and still havent received my smoothie..

VERY slow service and VERY bad customer service. Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks to be made and served. Team member called manager and manager stated that a refund couldn’t be made because “he was not there.” Super unprofessional

27.00 for 3 drinks asked for two mediums and a mini... waited literally a half hour... asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one since the manager wasn't in... was given a 2.00 coupon instead... it was literally crowded like a waiting room... safe to say, NEVER go to this location... I wish I could give 0 stars... service was nice... policy and management suck!!
