We were seated immediately. Wonderful staffers, very quick and competent. This quickly became a very busy restaurant yep yet everyone got served quickly. Absolutely will return. It was not just pizza, they have everything on their menu! Come as you are, great neighborhood atmosphere!The great thing about Mission, KS is that it is 50% 20=30 yr olds, and 50% elderly. Everyone gets along, always respectful. Grandparents have much fun with the younger generations here. All ages feel comfortable going out in Mission. All of the restaurants and grills are full with all of the generations. Even the bikers are well received and well behaved. This is why Kansas City was picked for both the Big 12 and Women's basketball until 2031! We know how to have a good time at the Chiefs' games and our Kaufmann Center & The Arts.

Our server Grace was great and I think I'd go 4 stars because our drinks & most of the food was really good, but the pizza was disappointing and it's so loud in here that my friend & I were literally screaming over each other to be heard. I get that it was Happy Hour at a sports bar on a Friday night, but there are similar restaurants that have better acoustics. The HH menu goes from 3-6 and there's a decent amount of stuff available. Our drinks didn't skimp on the alcohol & the nachos were fantastic, as were the fries- but it's kinda hard to mess up fries. Considering their sign outside includes that they're a 'pizzeria' we were expecting special pizza. This stuff was just plain & boring, totally lacking any flavor. It felt cheap, like the sad pizza from an elementary school cafeteria. I wonder if since it was HH they gave us their cheap lower tier pizza. I really hope it's not what they're serving everyone for lunch and dinner. The people deserve better pizza!

I'll probably give this place another chance, but came by on 3-2-24 and just stood there for about six minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge the fact we were there. It was super loud, which was a bit surprising, but it was a Saturday night. We were never acknowledged, so we just left and went to the Overland Park location. Much better results there!

A really good addition to the Mission landscape. Great pizza and sandwiches. Cheap beer and a great deck (still in progress). Decent TV coverage too... a fun place to happy hour or watch a ball game of any sort.

This place is great...food is good and the prices are really reasonable. We have been here about 10 times since they opened and impressed everytime. For what it's worth I see this manager or owner walking around and asking the hostess if bathrooms are good? He is busy working and to me that is everything! Supporting this business 100%. A place that cares and the servers have all been great. Love this place!

This rating is based solely on my two experiences with online ordering; dining in may be a better experience. I placed an online order for two pizzas. I showed up at approximately the time the order was supposed to be ready. I'm pretty sure the pizzas didn't even go into the oven until I was there and asked about the order twice; soon after my second inquiry, a manager appeared to tell me that it would be about 10-15 minutes before the pizzas would be ready. It ended up being closer to 20 minutes after that before the pizzas were ready, but at least they were hot. Fast forward about three weeks, and we think it's time to give The Other Place another try. I place my online order, but this time I purposefully show up about 10 minutes AFTER the order is supposed to be ready. Well, the order still was not ready when I arrived. After about 10 minutes, I see someone bring two pizzas out from the kitchen and bring them to the pick-up area. I go and ask if those are my pizzas, and one of the employees says they are not, without even checking. Fortunately, there was a second employee there - he checked and confirmed that it was my order. I have not experienced poor customer service like this at the location in downtown OP, so I was surprised that this seems to be the norm at this location. I was really hoping that I would have a better experience here, because we like The Other Place, and this location is much more convenient than the downtown OP location for our family. Unfortunately, there are too many other dining options nearby for us to give this particular store another chance.

Asked waitress that walk by me how much a small fry was she said $2.50 so I said bring it on got my receipt n it was $4.00 thn my waitress she couldn't do anything about it. So sad ?

Pretty nice new place. Good food and more than enough big tvs for the game. But 6 bucks for non happy hour draft beers seems pricey. I think they charge premium prices for Yuengling beer .. that's not a premium beer.

It was a busy Saturday night. Once seated we were able to place our order in about 15 minutes. Fast forward 45 minutes our server comes by and tells us service times are longer than normal. We were like ya we know. Finally after an hour we started getting food. We didn’t get one sandwich and they brought one of us the wrong hamburger. They replaced the hamburger but still no sandwich. 15 minutes later manager comes by and says they are finishing up the sandwich. 10 minutes later still no food and we said pack it to go. 10 minutes later server comes back and says I don’t think they have even started your sandwich. We said we are going to HyVee across the street and we would come back for sandwich. We returned 25 minutes later and it was still not ready. After a couple of minutes they brought it out. Fast forward it’s been 2 hours and we leave with a sandwich. We get home with high hopes. Opened box and the disappointments continue. We had ordered the Big Pig sandwich on white bread and it was on wheat. It had 2 slices of pepperoni, one strip of bacon, no OP sauce (marinara sauce) and over cooked (appeared double fried) tater tots. Seriously disappointed.
