The food here is great. The flavor of everything they serve is better than Chipotle and on par with a really good sit down restaurant. The fire-roasted shredded chicken and tomatillo ranch are both addictive - I usually get them in the ranch salad. Very good salsa. Some good daily specials as well and a rewards program.

First time here today and I ordered the Baja tacos shrimp pan seared and my shrimp ended up breaded instead. Wanted a avocado and Pico de Gallo on the side and ended up getting it loaded in my taco's. Didn't like the taco's at all just gross. And I ordered a Dr pepper and ended up getting 2 bottles that was out of date since August. The manager pretending like it wasn't a big deal. To be it's like this. When I go out to eat and spend my hard earned money I want quality now garbage. I won't return.

Smelled like sewage or a neglected grease trap the moment I walked in the door. I mentioned the foul odor to the people I was with, but they weren't willing to go any place else; so I stayed to eat with them. Food was good. Everyone enjoyed their food choices. They liked Tortilla Ranch because it had more choices on the menu than Chipotle. We happen to be there during Happy Hour and enjoyed a good margarita for a very reasonable $3.50. Someone in our party got the Tres Leches Cake and they enjoyed immensely. Would've been 5 stars if hadn't been for the foul odor. Good news is that your sense of smell does shortly become nose blind.
