Every time I walk into Town Topic on Broadway, a sense of calm washes over me: Comfort food is near. My banter with the delightful servers is always the same. They ask how I am; I say “OK.” The food there is tasty. But I am also grateful for the vibe, for the routine, for the familiar kindness of everyone who works there. Local places like this make a neighborhood feel like home. Thank you Town Topic!

The best burger joint in town, and the only place I'll order onion rings from. Definitely not fast.

Google maps is one of the most used apps to find restaurants. Your location shows it’s still open. We drove 30 minutes to get carry out because we love town topic. Never would’ve thought management would overlook updating their store hours or that the place is closed until further notice. Forethought, we both failed to use it.

Town topic has great burgers. The burgers are thin. It is small and always crowded. Locals love this place. The staff is friendly and efficient. They do a great job of taking orders and getting people in and out. We usually eat in and have always gotten a seat. Some people take their order to go. I love their hot chocolate. Soo tasty. It is huge. I hate those dinky little cups other places give you. This hot chocolate is huge like 16 or 20 oz huge. It is hot and chocolatey and creamy. Pie is good here too!

The worst burger i have had in years. Here i was all excited to drop in there and get me my all time favorite which is a grilled onion hamburger with tomato, ketchup and lil mayonnaise. Now keep in mind I was ordering to go . i was heading back to work when i decided to eat my sandwich and to say the least it had no ketchup no mayo and no tomato. Dry as the desert.and pickle
Decent cheeseburger - a bit pricey for what you get. (they do have a version with bigger patties, but it's even pricier) These are about the size of McDonald's regular burger. I'm unfortunately not a fan of one of their most popular features - the grilled onions they pile on unless you ask them not to. And considering I can get just as good or better a burger for less elsewhere, I don't see this place becoming a regular stop for me.

Oh yeah!! Not as great as the one downtown, but it will be hard to get my family to try other places!! They love it.
