“Good small town diner. Seating is decent. Food is always awesome with daily dinner and lunch specials. The service is a little on the lesser side. They are friendly enough but the girls are busy busy running back and forth so getting waited on during busy hours takes a little longer then slower hours. Nice little place to take the family.Kid-friendliness: There is not really much to accommodate children. They use to have coloring books and crayons but don't see them anymore. There is a few high chairs someone probably brought from home and a couple booster seats.Parking: Parking is pretty limited. A few spots beside and in front of building or across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheel chair accessible.”
“Salsa and queso dip was great. Overall meals were delicious as well! I would definitely go back. The wait for the food was a little slow. We went during lunch on a Friday and they weren’t very busy. But it was worth the wait and tasted great. Waiter was friendly as well. I had chicken flautas and my husband had the mound city burrito.”
“Super friendly waitress. Burger is as good as the come at a drive in. You dont need a double, they are huge and flavorful!!!! Certainly worth the stop. About a 4 minute detour off 69 Hwy. These places are harder to find in 2023. Come give it a whirl!”
“I love the fried chicken, the variety of creative foods the cooks make, snd the themed days. The chicken is always juicy and tender. The fried mushrooms and crispitos are to die for! It's better to come earlier in the day to get the freshest stuff, but you can get a tasty meal right up until they close at 4”
“The owner and his son make a great cup of coffee. I have as much enjoyment out of watching him craft a cup of coffee as I do when I drink it. In addition the oatmeal cookies are made with molasses and are amazing.”
