I work in caregiving. My client wants KFC. I order a No. 1, white meat, and 2 extra mashed potatoes and gravey. I've been going there for 2 months, everyday. I order the same thing. During that time I have received the correct order maybe 10 times. Other times it's been dark meet. Today, I had to wait at the drive thru speaker for 5 min. Finally got to order. Horrible, worst KFC I've ever seen. Thighs and legs not even brown.
I visited KFC today and initially everything was friendly and went well through the drive-thru. I explained that my order needed to be split into two separate payments. Instead, the entire amount was charged to my card, which caused it to become overdrawn. The card I used also takes a long time to process refunds back to the account. And half the time this card does not accept refunds back.
