I work in caregiving. My client wants KFC. I order a No. 1, white meat, and 2 extra mashed potatoes and gravey. I've been going there for 2 months, everyday. I order the same thing. During that time I have received the correct order maybe 10 times. Other times it's been dark meet. Today, I had to wait at the drive thru speaker for 5 min. Finally got to order. Walked in this evening for the 8 piece special and the line was long and they had just been completely bought out of chicken and were making more. The customers were not very happy and you could tell the employees were under a lot of stress but they stayed so polite and professional and the overall wait time wasn’t that bad considering they had to drop all new chicken. I appreciate how nice they were!

The location is inconvenient, and there were concerns about children behind the counter. Overall, the experience at KFC was mixed due to cleanliness, limited menu options, and pricing.
